reminds me of my work in Assisted ...You did well - <br />reminds me of my work in Assisted Living....yep, it sure does :)I learned a lot about people in that position - how not to speak to them -how not to treat them. It took patience and tenacity - but the element of 'caring' about the residents - made is so much easier for me.
